For existing members or new members who do not meet these requirements, specially designed alternative membership categories are also available.

Current and Renewing Members
If you would like to change your membership category to Certified Geriatric Care Manager, send a copy of your certification to NAPGCM. The Certified Geriatric Care Manager level of membership, which includes many additional benefits, also requires payment of an additional $50.
Interested in Joining but Do Not Meet the Certification or Experience Requirements?
- NAPGCM's Provisional Member category has been designed for interested professionals who are working towards becoming a Certified Geriatric Care Manager, but who do not meet the certification, work experience or education requirements.
Newly Joining Members Interested in Care Manager-Related Membership
- If you meet the educational and experience requirements but currently do not hold one of the four approved certifications, you can join as an Associate Geriatric Care Manager member.
